Emmy's 2017

Let’s start off with a quick recap of the 69th Emmy Awards. The Emmy’s 2017 were hosted by Stephen Colbert. The Handmaid’s Tale won the Outstanding Drama Series Award, which was pretty special since they are the first streaming series to do so. Big Little Lies won the Outstanding Limited Series award and Veep won the Comedy Series award. Last Week Tonight with John Oliver won the Best Variety Talk Series award. The biggest winners of the night were SNL, Handmaid’s Tale and Big Little Lies, whose actors won most of the awards.

Let’s now take a look at the fashion. The stars of television really brought their A-game to the Emmy’s. There were a lot of beautiful looks, but the ones that really stood out to me were looks from Yara Shahidi, Nicole Kidman, Vanessa Kirby and Gugu Mbatha-Raw. I listed all my favorite looks down below, with, as usual, the names below the pictures.

Sandals

Summer is almost over, but that doesn’t stop me from fawning over sandals . They are the ultimate summer shoes ; comfortable , very cute and they pair perfectly with a pretty summer dress or a nice pair of shorts. The trend this summer is strappy sandals , and I absolutely love it.
